ICCCT is in the process of developing an orphanage for the needy. We have acquired 12 acres of land and plan to accommodate around 1,000 children (boys and girls). An Agricultural Well which springs forth water during the driest season and an Office for ICCCT with one brick walled Watcher Hut has been constructed in 2009. Each orphaned child will be allocated a teak plant which will have a value of US Dollar 1,000 to US Dollar 5,000 in 20 years time (LKR 100,000 to 500,000) |

The “sponsor a child” programme provides foster care for orphaned children. At just a dollar a day, you too can become a sponsor. Please see above link for more details. You pay NZ$ 365 per annum per orphaned child for sponsorship. |
